IWIC is a registered charity and front line welfare and information service on benefits, housing, Debts, race equality, passports, birth certificates and pensions. They have a drop-in centre offering daily hot cooked meals, clothing and the services of an activities co-ordinator. A Tuesday Club for the elderly, an elders outreach service, an alcohol & substance misuse project, primary care project and a floating support service to enable tenants to live in their own homes for as long as possible. IWIC also have a Pastoral Support and Opportunities Project to help those with low self esteem to engage in meaningful activities and feel part of a vibrant Irish Community.
