This document can be used to help you identify areas that need to be addressed.

It covers all areas of the club's operation and it will help you save a lot of time and money.

I would suggest that you nominate a couple of committee members to go through this document and answer the questions honestly, there is no point doing it otherwise.

Highlight the areas that you need to look at or work on and then when you have completed the document create a list of things to do.

If you cant rectify the issues your self then ask someone that can,, if you don't you will not move forward.

This document will help you to ensure the foundation of the club is sound and go some way to securing the future.

I have drawn up a financial check list for you to use, again this is very detailed, you don't have to be doing everything that is on it, but again if you read and use it as a checklist it will highlight areas that you need to work on or if nothing else it will remind you of the different process.

Please please use these documents and again if you cant get it completed don't worry, just ask and if I cant help you do it I will find someone that can.
