Did you meet your partner there?
Did you find an old friend or make new ones?
What was your most memorable night?
It's the end of an era for The Galtymore in Cricklewood and while this week's announcement will sadden many, there are those who will lose something a little more nostalgic after its closure in June.
For many the popular London venue was more than just a dance hall -- it was also a place where their friendships, romances and even marriages found their beginnings.
Many a tale has been told of relationships cultivated at the notorious nightspot -- as traditional dances, céilís and music sessions brought the scattered Irish people together for a night or two each week.
Knowing many Irish Post readers frequented the venue and may have witnessed or experienced some of the above, we want to hear your dance hall memories.
